I've stayed here before and would definitely stay again. the rooms are reasonably spacious, and the staff is friendly. We found the room nice with exceptionally comfortable beds. the hotel's location is excellent; it's just a short walk from the Olde Mecklenburg Brewery. Plus, the restaurant serves delicious food!

our recent stay in penzance was amazing, but coach and horses inn exceeded all our expectations! the staff was friendly and the customer service was excellent. the food was delicious and the room was comfortable, clean, and well furnished. we loved the enclosed garden for our dog to play in. definitely a better experience than any big chain hotel we've stayed in before!

As those taking off early, we loved the excellent customer service from all staff. The food was delicious both at dinner and at breakfast, with a bonus treat for our dog! The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-furnished, with a lovely big bed. The ensuite was small but functional and clean, and the shower was decent. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to run about in. If the weather had been better, it looked ideal for sitting out in with a drink. Cannot fault our stay at all - better than many of the big chain hotels we have stayed in before. If we return to the area we will definitely rebook!
Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints at all.
